Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for Gaura Hari Dairy. These Terms are between you and Gaura Hari Dairy Proprietor and/or its affiliates (“Gaura Hari Dairy” or “Us”) and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the www.gauraharidairy.com website and subscription to its membership are also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the www.gauraharidairy.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you purchase through this website, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Other Limitations

• We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders at our discretion.
• We may send you emails and other communications related to our products and your membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your account).
• You may not transfer or assign your membership or any benefits, except as allowed in these Terms.
• Customers are not permitted to purchase products for resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using our name.
• From time to time, we may choose at our sole discretion to add or remove any products from our website.
• The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant segments
• The product will be delivered between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (IST).
• There is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is an estimate only and should not be relied upon as such.
• For the items delivered by Registered Product delivery Companies, Registered post, Speed post or Courier their respective policy will be applied.
• The Dairy reserves the right to charge if the recipient rejects the order that has been dispatched.
• In case there is a delay in delivering the order to you – either due to internal reasons or unavailability, we are not obligated to compensate you for the inconvenience. You are liable to pay the entire amount of the order before or at the time of delivery.
• FREE DELIVERY for the orders which are within 5kms of our outlet/outlets and an additional charge of Rs.50(Inclusive of taxes) will be applicable for the orders which are within 10kms of the outlet/outlets.
• For delivery beyond 10 km, delivery charges will be charged according to your location and the weight of the product.
• Efforts have been made to display the products, concerning their colour, size, shape and appearance, as accurately as possible. However, the actual size, colour, shape and appearance may have variations from the pictures/photographs/displayed on our website and other online e-commerce websites.
• If the package is found Tampered with or Damaged; Please refuse to take the Product and immediately call to given Helpline Number .
• The product will be delivered keeping in mind its shelf life.
• If the user has any kind of doubt/queries about any Terms & Condition *, the person concerned is free to call on the given Helpline Number or write an Email.
• STORAGE CONDITIONS: Please store the product in a cool & dry place away from sunlight. Once opened please store them in an airtight container in the Refrigerator. For optimal storage we recommend, storing the product at a temperature of <10°c and at a relative humidity of < 65 Rh.
