Shipping Policy

The product which is sold on our website may attract Delivery and Shipping charges. The charges are not fixed and are dependent on many factors like City/State location and distance of our outlets and the Gross weight of the product. The charges will be informed to you before the transaction is processed.

Gaura Hari Dairy collaborates with multiple courier partners for shipping across India. We only have standard shipping available at the moment. Depending on the location, delivery takes 2-9 days. We accept orders only from India.

Gaura Hari Dairy reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order.

WE OFFER TWO MODES OF DELIVERY FOR PURCHASE:

HOME DELIVERY

  • PLEASE NOTE: FREE DELIVERY for orders which are within 5 km of our outlet/outlets and an additional charge of Rs.50 (Inclusive of taxes) will be applicable for orders which are more than 5 km to within 10 km of the outlet. For delivery beyond 10 km, delivery charges will be charged according to your location and the weight of the product.
  • In case there is a delay in delivering the order to you – either due to internal reasons or unavailability, we are not obligated to compensate you for the inconvenience. You are liable to pay the entire amount of the order before or at the time of delivery.
  • A decision to compensate you for any inconvenience is at our sole discretion and could happen only through digital payments.
  • Any compensation paid by us will be a separate transaction done through a digital payment transfer. You cannot deduct any agreed compensation amount from the order amount.
  •  PICK UP FROM OUR OUTLET/OUTLETS:
    You can collect your orders from outlet/outlets at your convenience. There are no additional charges for collecting the orders from our outlet/outlets. Some Additional Points: If you believe that the products you ordered are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. In case you find an issue with the product after accepting the delivery, you may return the said product to our Outlet/Outlets and seek recourse as per the terms of the refund policy.We will make our best efforts to service all orders accurately and on time. However, if in certain pressing situations (including force majeure), we are unable to fulfill an order we will not recompense you for the delay or the non-delivery of the orders.The Product shall not be delivered to you unless you make the payment for the purchase of the Product (except for COD). We will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to take the delivery or if the customer picks up the package on a later date though the package has been delivered at our Outlet/Outlets on the promised date.On Saturdays, Sundays and regional or national holidays, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices that might be closed.
