Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with Packaging, MRP tag intact, a receipt /Proof of Purchase and all the necessary things therein).
A product sent to us without confirming the return will not be accepted as a Return.
We have a 2 to 10 working days Return Policy based on the Location.
If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.
To claim Return, one must do it from our website. Once your return order is accepted, we will inform and guide you on how to send it and where to send the product to us.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the Order once placed.
We reserve the right to deny any refund to the Buyer under a cancellation
The Orders placed by Buyers using the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable
except if the refund is requested under the following conditions –
- If the Order could not be delivered within the estimated time while placing the order;
If the Merchant doesn’t accept or cancel the Order due to reasons not attributable to the Buyer, including but not limited to, the non-availability of items, the store cannot service online orders at that moment, the store is overcrowded, etc. - We cancel the Order due to reasons not attributable to the Buyer.
- We reserve the right to look into the cancellation request of the Buyer and determine if such a cancellation request falls under the conditions mentioned above. If we are satisfied that the request and same fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then only we will process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the Buyer.
- In case of any discomfort, please contact us. Our team will resolve your problem as soon as possible.
- In case of a Refund, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or not. If your refund is accepted, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to process the whole Transaction and post the Refund too.
- In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, canceling, or not accepting the orders placed, we reserve the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In addition to other limitations and exclusions in conditions of use and sale, in no event will we or our directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to our products. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the cost of the product purchased. These exclusions and limitations of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your purchase.
GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION:
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that in case of any dispute, you will be governed by the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of Vadodara, Gujarat.
ALTERATION OR AMEDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C):
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these T&Cs at any time. You will be subject to the policies and T&C in force at the time you order goods from us unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY:
The prices mentioned for all the products listed on the Website at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. We may at our sole discretion also offer products at a reduced price for a limited period on the services. All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the Website including on each product information page. However, there may be circumstances where any of the products you order turns out unavailable. We will inform you by email at the time of processing your order if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Please note that dispatch estimates are just estimates and the actual time taken for delivery of the products may vary.
